Eubelius has assisted the (former) shareholders of S.R.I.F. NV, the parent company of the Asco Group, in the successful completion of the sale of the Asco Group to the Montana Aerospace group.
Our corporate team, comprising Matthias Wauters, Christophe De Backere and Odile Watté, assisted (together with local counsel) the Sellers with the completion of customary closing obligations and, post-closing, with their subscription to newly issued shares in Montana Aerospace AG, listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.
Our competition team, comprising Jan Bocken, Kim Gillade and Thomas Van Praet, assisted (together with local counsel) the Sellers and the Asco Group in obtaining the required regulatory approvals (both FDI and merger control) in various jurisdictions.
