Warehouses De Pauw (WDP), a public regulated real estate investment company (BE-REIT) specialising in logistics property, acquired all the shares in Sigmo NV on 10 March 2022 by means of a contribution in kind to WDP by the former shareholders of Sigmo NV.
Through this transaction, WDP acquires, among others, a property portfolio consisting of semi-industrial and logistics buildings (that are rented out) in the Hoogveld industrial zone in Dendermonde, together representing a total lettable area of approximately 66,700 m².
