Eubelius assisted the Soros Economic Development Fund (SEDF) in the €70 million Series C financing round of Univercells NV.
Univercells is a Belgian biotech company delivering novel biomanufacturing platforms and solutions aimed at making biologics available and affordable for all.
SEDF is a private non-profit foundation that is part of the Open Society Foundations, a network of charitable foundations created by investor and philanthropist George Soros.
The team members involved in the transaction were Filip Jenné and Elias Van Marcke.
