Esther specialises in public and administrative law, in particular constitutional law. She has experience with procedures for the constitutional court and the council of state. She also regularly assists governments in drafting legislative texts.
She has been an attorney at Eubelius and a member of the Dutch-speaking association of the Brussels Bar since 2021.
Esther obtained her law degree at KU Leuven in 2020 (magna cum laude). As part of this master's programme, she studied for a semester at the University of Melbourne. In 2021, she obtained a bilingual LL.M. degree (French-English) in European law at the Université libre de Bruxelles (magna cum laude).
She was also attached to the Leuven Centre for Public Law as a teaching assistant in administrative law, where she mainly supervised students as part of their bachelor papers in educational law.
