Hans’s practice focuses mainly on intellectual property law and, more generally, on commercial law and consumer protection matters. In September 2019, Hans took his oath as an attorney at the Brussels Bar. He joined Eubelius in October 2021.

Hans obtained the degree of Master of Laws at KU Leuven (2018). He also obtained an LL.M. in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Hong Kong (2019). Before joining Eubelius, Hans worked as an attorney in a Belgian law firm where he focused on intellectual property law, market practices and pharmaceutical law. He handles cases in Dutch, English and French.
