Herbert focuses on dispute resolution and procedures in tax matters. He assists clients in both the administrative and the judicial phase and represents them before all Belgian and international courts.
He is a member of the Brussels Bar and joined Eubelius in November 2016, after working for three years in the tax department of another Belgian law firm.
Herbert holds a law degree from KU Leuven (2012) and a master’s degree in taxation from the same university (2013). For many years he was a practice assistant in the Department of Economic Law at KU Leuven. He was also a guest lecturer on tax procedure in the postgraduate taxation course at UCLL.
Herbert is the author of several publications on tax topics and speaks at seminars.
He handles cases in Dutch, English and French.
