Rosita is mainly active in contract, tort and insurance law. She specialises in obligations, contract, liability and insurance law, as well as special regulations relating to toll collection and toll services.
She has been a senior counsel at Eubelius since July 2000 and a member of the Brussels Bar since 1987.
Rosita works for the government and public companies, as well as for private companies, and is involved in the realisation of large projects, mainly in the field of toll collection and toll services. She is responsible for drafting the agreements, including the DBFMO agreement, as well as providing advice on the most diverse legal aspects, and assisting clients in disputes, both in mediation and in courts and tribunals.
Rosita obtained a law degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) in 1987.
Between 1988 and 1992, in addition to practising law, she was also a part-time assistant teaching contract law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
She is the author of many publications, mainly in the subject of insurance law. She handles cases in Dutch, French and English.
