Tom focuses mainly on EU and Belgian competition law, EU State aid law and the law of the EU internal market.
He joined Eubelius and became a member of the French-speaking association of the Brussels Bar in 2021.

Tom obtained a Master of Laws degree at UCLouvain in 2019, before completing a LL.M. degree in EU law at the College of Europe in 2020. Before joining Eubelius, he worked at the European Parliament and at the Court of Justice of the EU, as a trainee and then as a référendaire.
Tom is also a teaching assistant in EU law at UCLouvain and at KU Leuven.
He handles cases in French, Dutch and English.
