Competition litigation

We represent clients in proceedings before the Belgian and European courts. We handle a broad array of disputed matters, including appeals against cartel decisions and fines imposed by competition authorities before the Brussels Court of Appeal, the General Court of the European Union and the Court of Justice. In addition, we represent both plaintiffs and defendants in actions for damages arising from competition law infringements.

We argue cease-and-desist applications and interim measures, e.g. in connection with alleged abuse of a dominant position.

We also assist and represent clients in contractual disputes, such as the termination of a supplier–distributor relationship.
