They lead negotiations with the tax authorities and defend our clients before Belgian and European courts in litigation relating to income taxes, VAT, registration duties, inheritance taxes, various duties and taxes and local taxes. The team has also developed particular expertise in conducting multi-party litigation (so-called "class actions").
