Eubelius welcomes Thomas Donnez as a partner in the firm. In addition, Laura Janssens, Michiel Nuitten and Monica Rodriguez have been promoted to counsel.
Thomas Donnez leads the Banking & Finance team. He specialises in banking and capital market transactions, including bank lending, project finance and bond issuance. Thomas has a particular focus on real estate financing and assisting developers, investors and banks in their transactions.
Laura Janssens is an expert in environmental law. She handles matters such as spatial planning, environmental law, soil, expropriation and waste, assisting clients in various files including planning and permit files.
Michiel Nuitten focuses on M&A transactions (both national and international) and general corporate law, with a particular focus on family businesses and management participation plans.
Monica Rodriguez is a specialist in criminal and criminal procedure law with particular expertise in corporate criminal law. She obtained the certificate in cassation in criminal cases (2018) and is also a laureate of the four-year professional training in cassation technique and procedures (2019-2023).
