Eubelius has assisted BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium and WallonieEntreprendre (WE) with their entry into the capital of the STÛV group.
Based in Namur, the STÛV group is a leading player in the field of renewable energy heating, specialising in wood and pellet heating. The group has sites in the province of Namur and in Canada. The majority of the shares remain in the hands of the founding family and management.
The Eubelius team, led by Erwin Destuyver and Michiel Stuyts, supported the new investors in all aspects of the transaction.
