On 31 December 2024, Cube Cold Europe acquired the Sivafrost companies, a group specialised in cold storage and conditioned transport.
This acquisition was the third acquisition of Cube Cold Europe in Belgium, following the previous successful acquisitions of Northfreeze and Herve. Eubelius assisted the Cube Cold Europe team in each of these transactions.
The Eubelius team, which was led by Joris De Wolf and Fréderic Van Campe and included Sophie Ceulemans and Benno Van Moer, assisted Cube Cold Europe in all aspects of the transaction.
