On 1 July 2024, CubeCold Europe acquired Herve Coldstore, Transport Herve and Fraber Logistics, a group specialising in conditioned transport and storage of dry, cooled, and frozen products.
Through this transaction, CubeCold Europe aims to harness the expertise of the Herve group to further promote growth and innovation.
