Multipharma has signed an agreement with the Goed group regarding the acquisition of the pharmacy activities of Goed, consisting of 88 pharmacies and a pharmaceutical wholesaler. The individual medicine preparation (IMP) branch is not part of the transaction.
With this transaction, Multipharma, which operates mainly in Wallonia and Brussels, gains a firm foothold in Flanders, where the vast majority of Goed’s pharmacies are located.
