On 18 July 2024, STEF, the European specialist in temperature-controlled food transport and logistics, signed an agreement with TDL Group to acquire its TDL Fresh Logistics business. The closing of the transaction, after review by the competition authorities, is expected in Q4 2024.
Eubelius advised TDL Group on its proposed sale of the TDL Fresh Logistics business to the listed French STEF Group. The Eubelius team, consisting of Joris De Wolf, Fréderic Van Campe, Thijs Keuleers and Barbara Schoumacher, is assisting TDL Group in all aspects of the transaction.
