Congratulations to the management of Trustteam on the sale of the Trustteam group to private equity firm Rivean Capital (formerly known as Gilde Buy Out Partners), as well as on its reinvestment in the company.
Trustteam offers IT infrastructure, security and communication services, enabling SMEs to outsource their IT management. The company, which has developed its own software, also has data centres, enabling it to offer solutions in the cloud. It targets start-ups and SMEs and has offices in Belgium, France and Romania.
