Eubelius, together with Monard Law, has assisted the shareholders of hsbcad, a leading provider of offsite wood construction software, in connection with the sale of their shares to Maguar Capital (Munich, Germany), a PE fund specialised in supporting small and medium-sized B2B software companies.
The Eubelius team members involved in the transaction included Filip Jenné, Sandro Christiaens and Mick Veulemans.
