Warehouses De Pauw (WDP) announced on 4 September 2024 the sale and leaseback of a multipurpose warehouse site from Balta Industries. This site is located in Waregem, with a total lettable area of approximately 70,000 m². The acquisition took place through a contribution in kind in return for shares, for a total investment of around EUR 40 million.
