GUBERNA, as a knowledge institute and member network for directors, translates with its Centre Public Governance scientifically founded principles into best practices with real added value for the governance of state-owned companies.
As part of this partnership, Eubelius and GUBERNA will combine their unique expertise and launch a number of joint initiatives aimed at promoting good governance among the boards of directors of public companies and other State owned entities.
One of the first initiatives will be a masterclass entitled ‘The public director in a changing world’. Eubelius will address the special role and challenges of SOE directors from a legal point of view. This masterclass will be held on 25 October in Dutch, and on 4 November in French.
Further initiatives will be announced shortly.
