Ludo's practice focuses on counseling and litigation work in corporate law, construction law, corporate, economic and financial law, telecommunications law, contracts and liability.
He was a partner in the firm from 2000 until 2011 and became Of Counsel as of 2012. He has been a member of the Brussels bar since 1980.
Ludo holds a law degree from the University of Brussels (VUB, 1974), where he also obtained a special degree in Economic Law (1975) and his Ph.D. (1981) with a thesis on liability in torts for damage caused by goods. He is a professor at the same university.
Ludo often works for clients in the telecom and insurance sectors and regularly acts as an arbitrator or as counsel in arbitration procedures.
He has published numerous contributions in journals and books dealing with company law, contracts and torts and insurance law and is regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars.
