Triple Living has reached agreement with IMMOBEL for the sale of 30% of Urban Living Belgium, subject to customary closing conditions. Under the agreement, Triple Living and IMMOBEL together control 100 % of the former Land Invest Group, Triple Living having previously acquired full control of Land Invest Group. See on this link.
