Wim holds a law degree (1998) from KU Leuven. In 2002 he obtained a PhD in law from the same university with the thesis “Aanneming van werk. Het gemeenrechtelijke dienstencontract.”
Wim is professor of corporate law at Odisee Hogeschool, Brussels.
He is also the author of numerous publications, mainly relating to company law, contract law and real estate law.
