Eubelius is proud to act as legal advisor to Metis, a consortium of construction companies Alheembouw and Denys, on the DBFM School Building Cluster Maldegem - Poperinge - Wingene.
Contract Close was reached on 27 November 2024 for the three school construction projects as well as Financial Close with KBC Bank for the school construction project in Poperinge. The project includes the design, construction, financing and long-term maintenance of three modern schools and the realisation of a nursery.
Metis contributes to the infrastructure of the future and offers an innovative and sustainable solution for education and childcare in Flanders.
