Eubelius assisted Immobel, Whitewood and DW Partners and their project companies with the construction financing for ‘Project Oxy’, the large-scale renovation and redevelopment of the ‘Centre de la Monnaie’ in central Brussels. The project will be a sustainable mixed-use hub and will accommodate housing, offices and a hotel.
The construction financing was set up in the form of a green loan amounting to €287 million with a banking syndicate consisting of BNP Paribas Fortis, Belfius and KBC.
