Eubelius assisted Port of Antwerp-Bruges (POAB) and Pipelink as part of North Sea Port’s entry into Pipelink’s capital. The investment was completed on 15 December 2023.
Pipelink (the former National Pipeline Company) was acquired by POAB in late 2017 and owns and manages an asset base of 750 kilometres of pipelines in Belgium. Through North Sea Port’s investment, the three largest Belgian port platforms (Antwerp, Zeebrugge and Ghent) will be represented in Pipelink’s capital. POAB will retain a majority stake.
