Steven is part of the team specialising in state-owned enterprises. In addition, he advises on company law in a broader context and on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He handles matters for state-owned enterprises sensu lato on a daily basis and assists regularly clients in investment rounds. He specializes in particular in the interaction between corporate law and other areas of law. Steven has also particular expertise in the new company law and is a member of our internal Code of Companies and Associations task force.
He became a member of the Dutch-speaking association of the Brussels Bar in 2017 and has been working as an attorney at Eubelius since then. He is Senior Attorney as from 2023.
He obtained his law degree from the Universiteit Antwerpen in 2017. During his master’s programme, he was also a student researcher.
He has published contributions in the field of contract and company law and speaks at seminars.
