Belden has reached an agreement with the shareholders of OTN Systems NV, the parent company of the OTN Systems Group, for the acquisition of the group.
The OTN Systems Group is a Belgian based group specialising in the development and marketing of dedicated networking products for operational telecommunication in transportation such as metros, light rail systems and the oil and gas sector. The group is a leading player in the industry and has offices all over the world.
The closing of the transaction is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2021.
