Eubelius has assisted Care Property Invest (CPI) in connection with a successful capital increase of EUR 26 million following the contribution in kind of a residential care center with assisted living apartments in Lier (Belgium). In connection with this transaction, 1,124,968 new shares were issued on 17 November 2021. More information is available in the press release of CPI.
