Ruben practises real estate law in the broadest sense (purchase agreements, options, leasehold, building rights, easements, apartment-owned property), rent law (mainly commercial lease and office rent) and construction law (drawing up and negotiating agreements, expert research, liability law, provisional and final acceptance, subcontracting).
He has been working at the firm since January 2018 and is a member of the Brussels Bar.

Ruben holds a law degree from the KU Leuven (2013) and an advanced master's degree in notaryship (2014) from the same university.
Before joining Eubelius, Ruben worked for another prominent law firm in Brussels.
He handles cases in Dutch, in English and in French.
