Eubelius has assisted the shareholders of CBS Beton in connection with the sale to Gilde Equity Management.
Founded in 1998, CBS Beton is a leading producer of precast concrete elements, operating in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. This transaction supports CBS Beton’s growth plans, including expanding production capacity and further development in the Netherlands and Germany.
The founder and CEO of CBS Beton, Mr. Henk Ciers, reinvests in the new structure and will continue to play a key role in the group’s business.
The Eubelius team consisted of Philippe Mulliez, Henri De Jonghe and Marie Vanhée.
