The shareholders of Cipal Schaubroeck have reached an agreement on the sale of the Cipal Schaubroeck group to Total Specific Solutions (part of the Constellation Software Inc. ecosystem).
Eubelius provided assistance on all legal aspects of this transaction, including a vendor due diligence review, the negotiation and drafting of the transaction documents and the preparation of the screening procedure with the Belgium Interfederal Screening Committee (ISC).
The multidisciplinary Eubelius team involved in this transaction was led by Philippe Mulliez, Joke Pattyn and Miel Dhuyvetter.
