Eubelius has assisted Ms Hilde Cuykx and the other shareholders of Ecobeton Water Technologies in the sale of their shares to Neptuness BV, a partnership between the Essers family (H.Essers logistics group) and Luc Jeurissen (owner of Trixxo).
Ecobeton Water Technologies, based in Sint-Truiden, is a specialist in solutions for sustainable water management. The company is primarily known as a producer of concrete (water) wells, but in recent decades it has been able to profile itself as a specialist in everything to do with water, the environment and urbanisation. Among other things, the company supplies solutions for the capture of rainwater, water filtering, buffering and infiltration of rainwater, and sound-absorbing walls.
The team members involved in this transaction were Erwin Destuyver, Christophe De Backere and Bert Antonissen.
