Eubelius has been assisting the EIC Fund with equity or convertible debt investments in 39 innovative companies across multiple jurisdictions over the past year.
The EIC Fund is part of the European Commission’s flagship innovation programme aimed at identifying, developing and scaling up breakthrough technologies and game-changing innovations.
Eubelius has supported this ground-breaking multi-jurisdictional investment effort by leading and coordinating a team of 10 partner law firms in as many jurisdictions. The jurisdictions involved are Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovakia and Switzerland.
Since early 2021, with our assistance, 30 transactions have been completed, while 9 are still ongoing.
