On 24 February 2021, Xior Student Housing launched a public capital increase with irreducible allocation rights for existing shareholders, in order to finance its investment pipeline and further growth.
Xior Student Housing is the Belgian regulated real estate company (BE-REIT) specialising in student housing in Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
During the subscription period with irreducible allocation rights, 92.62% of the new shares were subscribed. The remaining shares were subscribed in the context of a private placement of scrips.
The capital increase for an amount of approximately EUR 178 million was fully subscribed.
Eubelius advised Xior on the fulfilment of this successful capital increase.
