Eubelius has assisted Leuven Connected, a joint venture between KU Leuven Innovation & Entrepreneurship, City of Leuven and PMV with the acquisition of an industrial site located in Kessel-Lo. The site, accounting for a total area of around 157,000 m², will become an industrial innovation hub for the high-tech sector, aimed at anchoring companies with innovation potential in the ecosystem of the city of Leuven.
Eubelius advised Leuven Connected on all legal aspects of the acquisition.
