To reinforce our team in Antwerp, we are looking for a lawyer who is passionate about Corporate and Business law.

Job description

As an attorney Corporate and Business law, you will provide clients with a wide range of assistance, including in relation to M&A, capital markets transactions, general corporate and business law advice, restructurings and corporate litigation in both domestic and cross-border contexts.

More generally, you will offer expert guidance on all corporate law issues that an organisation may encounter during its lifetime, both contentious and non-contentious.

Since Eubelius is a full-service firm, you can draw on the expertise of specialists in our other practice areas, including tax, employment and pensions, competition, real estate, environment, intellectual property, insurance and commercial law.
 

Profile

You have a Belgian law degree with strong academic results.

You are a dynamic, hands-on lawyer with the ambition to further develop the corporate practice at Eubelius.

You have excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.

You are a good communicator and a real team player.
