Eubelius has assisted Aster in implementing a EUR 105 million financing structure for a major solar panels project with Belfius Bank.
Aster is a cooperation between social housing companies, which will install close to 400,000 solar panels on more than 50,000 social housing units for the purpose of providing cheaper electricity to social tenants.

Eubelius assisted Aster on all aspects of the financing and on certain structuring aspects of the project.
